General Terms and Conditions of TOPWET s.r.o. (effective from 1 December 2024)

For orders up to CZK 15,000 excluding VAT, a shipping and handling fee of CZK 200 will be charged.For oversized shipments (e.g. non-standard modifications such as extensions of drainage inlets), the shipping cost may vary.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges of Purchased Goods

Returns (credit notes) or exchanges of purchased goods are possible only under the following conditions:

a written return request has been submitted, including a copy of the delivery note or invoice (by email, fax, etc.),
a handling fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods will be charged,
in the case of an exchange for goods of the same or higher value, a handling fee of 10% of the value of the returned goods will be charged,
approval from an authorized person is required,
returns are possible only within 2 months of receipt of the goods,
the goods are not non-standard products (custom-made products, extended piping, different insulation collars, etc.),
after approval, the customer delivers the returned goods to the registered office of TOPWET s.r.o. at their own expense,
the goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging; if the packaging is damaged, a packaging disposal fee of CZK 50 per item will be charged,
the maturity period of the credit note is 30 days.

According to the Act on the Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer and to register the received revenue with the tax authority online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than within 48 hours.
